90 Day Workout Plan

Hey! I want to start a 90 day workout plan starting tomorrow (2/8/16). Who's with me? I am going to try my best to upload videos and pictures of what I am doing in the gym. I am going to aim for working out 3-5 days a week (hour workouts). I haven't been in the gym in 2 weeks but I am going back tomorrow! I am excited! Working out is soo therapeautic for me! Lets go! I need to get a flat tummy and my butt needs to be poppin again **)
