Hey guys, welcome to my first Mommy Stuff blog! I would like to share my experiences with my 3 month old daughter whose name is Philly. Also, I would like to share things that I like to use for my baby such as products, clothing, etc. I am a first time mother and I have some things that I've bought then returned because I did not like.
Ok so let's talk about bath time for the babies! Philly was gifted many bathtubs at the babyshower and I think I liked the cheapest one! By cheapest I mean in money (about $20) and in texture (plastic). Let me tell you why I love this pink plastic bath tub for Philly; it's super easy to clean and just very convenient.
First, I used the two expensive bathtubs (one had a thermostat in it to tell me the temperature of the water and the other one I had was a spa type thing) I hated both! I didn't like them because they were soo big, bulky and heavy! The thing I hated most was cleaning them. They were hard to clean and I didn't like the moldy smell that accumulated after a bath I just couldn't deal with it. I even had a cute flower bath thing for her but the water would trap inside the flower and it would be a smell of rotten water (hahahah) Therefore, I went and got a cheap $20 plastic tub and I love it!
After I bathe Philly, I spray some Clorox in the little tub, scrub it quickly with a brush and rinse it! Then with the little "bed" I put her in inside the plastic tub, I just remove the cover and throw it in the washer. So simple and easy. ;) Here are the tubs I did not like, and the one I do like:
