Losing Weight & Staying Fit!

They key to losing weight and staying fit is:

Number 1: Don't quit!

Number 2: Eating the right foods (I would just drink water and homemade juices lay off the sugary drinks like soda and juices. Don't eat pasta, bread, or white rice... just start there). As you continue to follow my blog I will post a lot of workout tips and videos as well as eating habits that I follow ;)

Number 3: Exercise! If you want to lose weight I would advise you to do cardio (running the treadmill is the best or the stair climber) 3-5x a week start with 10 minutes and work your way up to 30 minutes! Don't quit, believe me it's hard in the beginning but as soon as you start running straight for those 30 minutes, you will never run anything less.

You will feel great once you start seeing progress I'm telling you, and once you start seeing the lbs. shed you are going to become a gym addict! Anyway, aside from doing cardio (get that heart rate up and don't slack on the treadmill and think it's ok to walk... NO! Straight running!) you have to lift weights because you will start to get skinny and look flabby. Lifting weights is going to help you tone and tighten (that's what I'm doing now because I lost all my baby weight running the treadmill, and now I'm skinny as heck with no muscle tone).
